Meet the testing team! Dogs (and cats) love the original art rugs; Molly and Nigel were trying to shift each other off a rug I made from test squares.
I’ve had dogs of my own since just after grad school, in 1988. Mostly, they simply show up. Some are deliberate rehomes–a friend went from five dogs, to three babies and two dogs. Someone else let two little girls each pick a dog at the shelter, and then came to see that two kids, three dogs, snakes, two jobs, and a house were simply one thing too many. I needed a small dog. In recent years, most have been strays.
Abby says a lot with her eyes.
